Building the
Agentic
Future of SE.

10 years at Salesforce. All of them in Solution Engineering. I did not wait for the mandate: I started building AI-powered tools, enabling my teams, and creating communities that turn curiosity into habit. Now I want to do that for 6,000 SEs worldwide.

Why Gianni, Courtney?

After nearly 10 years at Salesforce in Solution Engineering, I have spent the last two years doing exactly what you described in your video. Not because a mandate told me to. Because I genuinely believe this is the most important shift of our professional generation.

🤖

The Agentic Pioneer

I did not wait. Long before any corporate rollout, I started building with AI: personally and with my team. I use Lovable to build real applications. I built a pipeline analysis and deal risk assessment tool powered by Claude that I run weekly. I experiment with Gemini Gems, Slackbot skills, and OpenAI workflows. At least one hour a day, every day.

🌍

Building Communities, Driving Culture

I have a pattern of building communities before they are asked for. Einstein North Pathfinders when Einstein launched. The Agentblazer OU North Community as a revival three years later. Be Your Own Q Branch workshops to train SEs across Northern Europe. These are not Slack channels. They are cultural movements.

🧭

Strategic Navigator & Executive Communicator

At AB InBev, every AI conversation came down to one question: does it help them sell more beer, at lower cost, with a better experience? That discipline, connecting innovation to outcomes, is how I communicate. I also know what it means to break glass. Three years ago, I made the case to merge Belgium and the Netherlands into one SE territory: three country leaders, real resistance, full change management. We got there.

Calm in the Chaos

10 years at Salesforce is the proof point. If you do not embrace fast pace and constant change, you do not last. Whether it is compensation plan changes, org restructures, or AI tools evolving daily, my job is to bring the calm: provide context, maintain direction, keep the team focused. I evaluate technology without attachment: what matters is strategy, not the tool of the moment.

🔗

Creating & Running Programs

I run programs that span multiple functions simultaneously: sales, solution engineering, professional services, customer success, marketing, and alliances and channel. I know how to align different teams around a shared mission and keep momentum across all of them.

Examples include the Last Mile paid presales engagement, the AF/D360 Taskforces in Belgium and the Netherlands, the Agentforce PoC Program across EMEA North, and the Agentforce Activation Program. Each one required cross-functional alignment, governance, and sustained execution.

Ready for Global

My direct leadership experience is regional. But my network, mindset, and track record are not. I worked closely with global teams on the Consensus rollout and on the Einstein Vision pilot at AB InBev with the Mexico team. I am flexible in time zones, entrepreneurial in how I build relationships, and I learn fast. My ask: help me get connected to the right people in the first 30 days. Once I have those relationships, I will find my way: and I will move fast.

Fluency Roadmap

How to move 6,000 SEs from AI-curious to AI-fluent: in one year.

Week 1-2: Map the landscape. Meet the power users, the skeptics, and the silent majority. Understand where the energy already lives: and amplify it. Week 3-4: Audit the current toolkit. What is actually being used daily versus what looks good on a slide? Week 5-8: Launch the first pilot with a governance framework built to scale...
